The reservation of the apartment
The reservation of the apartment is carried out by means of the payment of the deposit of rent of the apartment to be performed on the web.
Your reservation will be not confirmed until that Sitges Rentals has received prepayment of rent deposit and you have received an e-mail of confirmation of Sitges Rentals.
In the confirmation email you will find the exact address of the apartment, details of contact, remaining payable amount and the rest of instructions for arrival and departure.
On arrival, you must pay the remaining amount of the rent and the guarantee deposit.
The total payment of the rent
Upon arrival to the apartment for rent, pay the total rental price in cash or credit card.
The deposit guarantee
To arrival you will be asked to provide a security guarantee as well as a valid credit card number to ensure that the apartment and its contents are returned in good condition.
Please remember that by agreeing to our terms and conditions, you agree any damage caused by you or your colleagues will be deducted from your deposit and that you also be held responsible for any damages exceeding the amount of the guarantee.
According to the offered apartment, a deposit between € 150 and € 300 guarantee will be asked upon arrival. This damage deposit should be carried out with a hold on your credit card.
The retention bail is completely unlocked in its check-out after inspection of the apartment to check that it has not been damaged.
The cancellation of the rental
Cancellations or changes must be made in writing via e-mail or fax. Cancellations or changes are not accepted by phone.
If you cancel a reservation, you will only lose the reservation deposit already paid.
If the client changes the dates or the apartment, it shall be construed as a new reservation and shall be subject to the conditions of cancellation.
It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance. Any cancellation, including force majeure, shall be subject to our clear and simple cancellation mentioned policy.
If Sitges Rentals could not provide the customer property that has been booked, we will contact you to offer other property with similar characteristics. In case of not reaching an agreement will refund the amount paid.
The arrival and departure
Please that you make available to us of your arrival time updated so that we can plan your check-in and keep your contact person informed about any delay or change.
Your e-mail confirmation of arrival and departure clearly said where it found with the contact person the day of your arrival.
The day of arrival
Call your contact person on arrival at the Airport (or 1 hour) before arriving.
The apartment will be available from 15: 00 hrs. It is very important that we have an updated arrival time.
This damage deposit should be carried out with a hold on your credit card.
The retention bail is completely unlocked.
Please note: Check-in is between 15.00h 02.00h, for arrivals between 22: 00hrs to 24: 00hrs there is a surcharge of 30 euros for check-in, from 24: 00hrs there is a surcharge of 50 euros for check-in.
The day of his departure from the apartment
Exits must be made before 11: 00 h.
The day of your departure should leave his apartment in perfect condition, ordered and have thrown the garbage properly. If not, you will be charged an additional cleaning costs.
The number and the identity of the customer
Guests inform Sitges Rentals of the number of guests included in the reservation.
The number of people who can use the apartment must not exceed the number of persons allocated for each apartment, except for children under two years old.
Pets are only allowed if permission has been specifically granted.
At the time that committed any infringement of the aforementioned obligations, Sitges Rentals by own criteria is entitled to request the client to leave the apartment, and the customer is not entitled to claim any type of compensation.
The loud music and parties are prohibited. Guests staying in an apartment in Sitges Rentals should be aware that if festivals occur heard loud music or the neighbors complain and/or police call, this can give rise to an immediate eviction regardless of the hour of the day or night.
Please respect the hours of rest, which are of 22.00 PM to 10.00 A.M.
Ni Sitges Rentals responsibilities nor the owner of the apartment shall be liable for any direct or indirect damage that may occur as a result of the use made by the client of the apartment, including without limitation damages, insurance, losses because of fires, robbery or criminal behaviour.
In the event of any infringement of the aforementioned obligations, Sitges Rentals by own criteria is entitled to request the client to leave the apartment, and the customer is not entitled to claim any type of compensation.
